Best Ways to Receive Money Online in Pakistan

While non-availability of PayPal is a huge minus, there are still a number of websites that send you money as easily as you send emails. I have covered the PayPal issue in one of my previous posts here.
Two of the trusted methods that I have used to receive money in Pakistan personally are as follows:-

• Western Union Money Transfer:   Western Union Money Transfer is a simple way to send money from around the globe. It is operating in over 200 countries and territories. Most of the freelancing websites like Freelancer, oDesk, vWorker (Closed Now), etc offer this payment method and above all, Google Adsense also pays using Western Union Money Transfer. Although there are some costs affiliated with this method that can be calculated using an online calculator on their website BUT Google Adsense does not deduct a single penny for sending money via Western Union. So you get everything you earn in Pakistani Rupees.

1. How It Works?   When you reach your payout amount on the website, you request your payout and the website sends you an email showing some details like:
• MTCN number
• Sender's Name and Address
• Receiver's Name
• Amount sent
2. All you have to do is write down the details on a piece of paper and go to a Western Union Agent near your home and believe me that there are thousands of their agents including banks and money exchangers.
3. Give the details to the agent, and he will verify it via their online system. You have to produce your identification by showing your National ID Card, Passport or Driving License.
4. After verification, he will hand over the money to you in Pakistani Rupees.
5. This process does not take more than 3-5 minutes.

• Payoneer Debit Card:   Payoneer Debit Card is an amazing new initiative that has made the life of Pakistani online earners very easy. 
1. The card can be sought through any of the affiliate websites of Payoneer. 
2. One card per email address can be received but it should be on your name, but one card is more than enough for many websites. 
3. Same card can be affiliated with more than one websites and can be used to receive money from all the websites.
4. In the recent months, Payoneer MasterCard Debit Card became my best way of receiving online money in Pakistan.
5. You can shop on any store accepting MasterCard or get money in hand using ATM machines of most banks like Citibank, MCB, Faysal Bank, etc. As simple as that. My first transaction was the one when I bought a suit for my wife from IDEAS by Gul Ahmed in Saddar, Rawalpindi and it seemed that I got it for FREE ;)

• Skrill (Former Money Bookers):   Skrill is another trusted method that many Pakistani online earners use. I have an account at the site, but to be honest I have not used it till now. If I use it, I will definitely share my experience. If any of you have used it, please feel free to share your experiences.
