Once you join the site, I would recommend that you should go to the home page at Fiverr and check out various gigs of some top sellers. You will definitely find something that you could do for others.

For every gig of US$5 that you do for others, you will get a straight sum of US$4 and $1 will go to the administration of the site. More importantly, your money will be released on 14th day after you submit the work. In the start it seems too late but once you develop a regular flow of money, then it starts as a cycle and delay is not felt much.
How can I get money from Fiverr in Pakistan?
When I started doing work on Fiverr, it used to offer money back to you in only two methods - PayPal (Which is not available in Pakistan) and for getting work done on the site by other sellers. Since I did not have a Paypal account so I used most of the money to get the work done by other sellers. This work also included some things that I did not have any expertise in and for mere $5, I could get it done here.
